I offer bespoke online coaching suitable for long distance clients staying in touch through various means, providing constant motivation and still keeping you accountable. I also offer personal 1-2-1 training to those who reside nearby (Buckinghamshire area), where you will be pushed to your full potential, shown correct form on exercises, and provided with instant feedback.
Both options include weekly check ins, 24/7 access to me via WhatApp, a tailored nutritional plan, full access to online app to guide you and record all information, and an opportunity to join like minded clients through community groups.

Nutrition Plans
Everyone has different tastes, apetite and relationships with food and I provide a tailored nutritional plan just for you. Each plan is different from person to person and I always aim to get this right as it is a vital element for achieving and maintaining your fitness goal. I would even say this is more important than exercising!
It will fuel your performance, assist with recovery and repair, aid with body composition, weight management and lastly determin how you feel and look. When completing this I will take into account the calories you will be consuming, your likes and dislikes, preparation time and of course TASTE!
